Lord Parkin is known as Emperor on most other sites. He is a very experienced PBEM and Pitboss player. He has MTDG experince, having played in MTDG1 for Innovia where his advice was usually good (in hindsight) but he joined too late to make a big difference. He also played on the EVG team in the ISDG.

I was just about to ask, what Saturn does all the time...

In the Intel on other teams it still says that they have only 1 city, but here I saw that they already have a second... and civstats says that they recently founded another one.
(Maybe one of SAN's cities in the intel belongs to Sat? Otherwise SAN built the oracle and just founded it's 4th city... which would be really amazing...)
