Save Editor?

Can anyone recommend to me a save editor that will enable me to change the year? I hate getting into a great game only to be ruined by the cap on turns. I tried to look through the utilites, but there is a bit much and what I did find looked old. I need an editor that will work with Conquests 1.22 if that's possible.

No one has answered this, so I'll give it a shot. As far as I know, there is no such thing - however, when you load up Civ, and are on the Civilization choosing screen, there is a button called "Game Limits" (I think that's the name). If you click on it, you'll see one called "Game Turns" ... click that, and you can enter a number from 1 - 1000 turns. You can also play past the regular 540 turns, it just won't count towards your score.

The short answer: afaik, there is nothing you can do for current games, but for future games, yes.

Just check the Utilities subforum, there are more than enough save game editors there.
