Save game crash...

I hit end turn and it does the Microsoft error thing. I attached the save. Can someone please confirm if it crashes on them. Thanks.

I came looking on these forums because I experienced a similar situation. I tried out your save and it also crashed at the end of turn. Could you please verify the same with mine?

I have noticed a few posts on this board with people having similar situations. Does anyone know a potential fix, or is this just something we have to wait for the next patch?

Yes, I can confirm that your saved game crashes at end turn as well. This sucks. I see no point to even start another game because I dont want to get this far along again only to crash.

Thanks for verifying. I know what you mean, it is annoying. I don't know if you should totally abandon hope though, I have played at least 3 or 4 other games in BTS and have won, so the games can be finished. I know I was pretty close to finishing that last game, so hopefully a fix comes out soon. It seems like plenty of people are having these problems.

I noticed that when I patched to 3.03(during that game) and reloaded my save the combat animations also becamse messed up along with the crash. But now I started a new game and so far the animations are fine. Will see if it crashes though...

I played through a new game yesterday and finished with s space race victory (what I was going for with the crashing game) and I finished it with no problems. I remember with the last game I even tried going back 10 or so turns and doing thins differently and every time I got to the same year, it would crash. It's like it wanted to end at ear every time. But at least it doesn't happen every time.
