Save Game Edit?

Has anyone figured out yet how to edit my savegame files? Im getting an ass kicking and need to start cheating here.

Yea well india and russia are in future age and I just made it into modern. all I need is a little bit of a cheat or some edit to one of my units so I can kick ass. Its really just one of those games that I lost but instead of starting a new game I will get satisfaction by watching india and russia crumble.
