Don't know if someone already mentioned it somewhere, didn't see a thread in the bugs forum.

When you save a game and then reload (for whatever reason) the era score for unique units/improvements/etc resets apparently. It's a bit odd when you continue your game from the day before and you get era score for terras farms in the industrial age...

Are you using mods? This happened to me so I went back and turned off the mods and then replayed the turn where I got "bonus" era points, and without the mods I did not get era points.

Yeah, I noticed that the other day too. I kept getting points for my terrace farms! Yo could cheese an eternal golden age if you really wanted to.

Actually, I'm using Better Report Screen and the reason I reloaded is that the mod wasn't working. Using a saved configuration from before I got that mod, probably have to redo it with the mod enabled.
