I'm making a new crater pcx for my industrial/modern set of textures. After scaling up a civ3 crater it looks pixelated compared to everything else. Is there any way I can smooth this out or do I have to manually draw it? I'm not very good at drawing and mostly manipulate existing assets. It's a minor inconvenience but it'd be nice if it looked more uniform to the rest. I dont know what I'm trying to ask google so I havent found the answer:

ZergMazter... The only program I have seen available that does a Good job of enlarging images without pixelation is FastStone Photo Resizer and it is Free.

It is always easier to make an image smaller but when enlarging an image most programs make larger blocks of the same color pixels and that is "blocky" looking = pixelated.

Impressive tool! I instantly notice. It does get blurry if I upscale too much but for x2 upscaling it good enough. I noticed chatgpt likes to sharpen the image to make it smoother, so maybe I'll try that as well.
