"Scared to Death" bug in V1.29

Bamspeedy: if you declared war during your off-turn phase (i.e. AFTER you press end-turn and BEFORE you get your first city-pop-up, then this is nothing new, this simply is the result of the stupid turn-order.

No, this was not during my off-turn. My unit was outside their territory, and I declared war before ending my turn. If my units were in their territory and the AI asked me to move my troops or declare war, I could understand your point, but that is not what happened.

Jeez!!!!!! This savegame is the first ever proof of blantant AI cheating!!!!!!!!!

Someone post it in a bug thread, as I don't understand this much.
