Scenario Creation in progress, help requested

I'm new to this forum, but am not at all new to Civ. I am currently working on a Civ3 scenario set in 1650 Europe. If anyone wants to give me a hand (ideas, tech-tree development aid, graphics for leaders/units) please contact me at freethinker50@hotmail.com or here. The e-mail would be better since i check it more often. I have the map set up already, but am not finding enough time to solo at the scenario development. The 16 civ allowance provides plenty of opportunity that previous Civs and Alpha-Centauri couldn't. It's big and intimidating, and will be a lot of fun...

Try browsing around a bit...you'll find there is a whole forum dedicated to this. Users of this forum prefer to limit discussion to general dribble and complaints about the game.
