Scenario installation

This is my first look at anything but vanilla c4, and apparently I'm stupid.

I'm looking to give jimkatalanos ww3 scenario a spin. I've got MaxRiga 5.1 unpacked to c:\my documents\my games\civ 4\mod\maxriga, but I'm having trouble finding where to extract ww3.civ4worldbuildersave to.

Anybody got pointers for an idiot?

Well.. perhaps it can say under mydocuments, but I place mods under programfiles\firaxis\civ\Mods. The save belongs to PublicMaps folder. For more information, I recommend that you contact the author(s) of the mod.
