Scenario: spaceships are not allowed

Hello, in a scenario I'm trying to change the conditions of victory. Is it possible to cancel the space race victory condition? Unfortunately, in the creation of the game I did not select the bloodlust option.

You can actually re-check the Bloodlust flag in Scenario Parameters dialog box (it's under the Cheat menu.) The option you're looking for is "Toggle Total War flag", and you want the flag to be 1.

Alternatively, without the side-effects of the bloodlust option, you can instead set the prerequisites to all three spaceship components to NO, making it impossible to actually build a spaceship; this lets a player still build the Apollo Program for the instant map exploration. You could also make it impossible to build Apollo, of course.
