Scenarios in Multiplayer

Is there a way to play scenarios in multiplayer? It looks like there are people playing Empires of the Smokey Skies. I look in the multiplayer menu in setting up a game and it doesn't look like scenarios are possible.

We are playing GMR, so far the only way to play MP scenario I guess.

I looked around hotseat (just to see if it was possible there) and couldn't find anything. Maybe I missed it.

You could play any MOD with GMR so far you are only using a single mod.
It's your choice to set it up as a mod or a scenario game. In mod games you could choose your civilziaton while scenario starts and the players choose the civ thereafter.
