Looking through the forums I noticed enthusiastic discussion of scenarios people would like to cteate: WWII among of them. Forget it, folks.It's useless so far! You can create a perfect scenario, but then you'll discover that Third Reich is located in Arabia (or Amazon River basin) an USA is in Japan, meanwhile those Japanese have their capital near London.... It's a bit of stupid!!
I have no idea why they enclosed a mep and scenario editor without the ability to control the civilization starting locations. It's a serious failure to my mind. And should be fixed - the sooner the better!!!
