Nice tutorial Kal-el , but i haven't pcx or any program that can "make" bmp files into pcx othervise Civ don't accept the files .

Do you know of any such pitcure-transferer?

Sorry for the mega bump here - has anyone tried using this tutorial in conjunction with Stephs Editor? I am thinking that using the blank tech background, borderless tech boxes and arrow files provided by Kal-El here in conjunction with Stephs Editor to actually move the files about is the best approach... Is that what most people doing these days? Have better processes developed over the years?
