Where is the final score value for time/pop/culture handled? within an xml? *hopeful look* or within the hardcode?
Ever since civ1 I've wanted to downgrade the reward for a speedy victory over a victory based on the population, (and with later civ games) and culture, I personally love huge maps with hundreds (at least unitl the machine barfs) of major cities, and into future tech 1xx with gold enough to make Midas say "hey that's enough now." but you score better with 4 cities done in 900 turns rather than these incredible empires done in 40,000 turns.
And while I was contemplating changing things I might as well change this too for myself.
