Screen Shot Issue with the 'In game' Print Screen

As displayed I cannot take screen shots in game when playing in Window Mode. Is this normal or are other players able to use Print Screen when playing in Window Mode?

*I can use Print Screen, in game, when playing in Full Screen Mode.
*I can use Windows Print Screen when playing in Window Mode. I.e. Click desktop and Ctrl & Pr Sc.
*Using Windows 7, 64 bit.
*Civ 4 BTS, v 3.19 & Blue Marble, BAT 2.1

If there is a fix or if anyone has any ideas i'd be glad to hear them. I use Dual-monitor 24" so using Windows Print Screen is a pain in the *** to select desktop + edit each screen etc. I play in Window Mode so I can multitask so switching to Full Screen isn't an option.

is the my games folder or the game's subfolder in there write protected?

Under Folder Properties, Read-Only is enabled. However under the Security tab, permissions are set to full-control for Admin, My user and System.

I haven't tried disabling UAC yet, and haven't used Win7 enough to think of what else to look for.

uncheck the read only - it tries to save the screenshots in there - so remove the read only from the game's subfolder or at least the screenshot subfolder in there - maybe that alone helps...

Sorry I was incorrect, Read-Only is not ticket. In Win 7 the Read-Only box when unticked is filled with a blue square. So it wasn't this. I'll keep looking around for a solution, thanks dude!

actually the blue square *should* mean that only part of the folder (usually subfolders) are read only...
as you can see the hidden box is completely unticked - since none of the files inside this folder are hidden.

That said: if the game was installed with admin rights this should not be a problem... Not sure why it does that though and not having 7 myself I am at a loss at how to troubleshoot it, sorry

Yeah, I installed both with admin rights and the program runs automatically with admin rights.
