Screenshot compression.

Does anyone know if you can disable screenshot compression, or alternatively know a good 3rd party freeware/open source screenshotting app that will?

I am trying to use the screenshots to take pics of the little info tabs in the civlopedia to compile the national wonders on an at-a-glance list, and I plan to make it greyscale/printer friendly (I do most of my printing on a non-color laser). I know how to do all of the above, but I need a way to take uncompressed screenshots in Civ 4 because frankly the compression garbage is pretty bad in the shots as they are(if I want to post a shot I will use other programs to compress it myself).

I use something called "fsscreen"; it was developed in the flight simulator community, thus its name. It's a little program that saves a screen shot each time you hit the magic key--in BMP format.

I've use it for a while without problems. But I can't say that Civ4 won't have problems since I can't even really play it much w/o a crash!
