Seaside resorts should be able to go on lakes

Maybe only lakes of a sufficient size, say 3+ tiles. After all, if water parks can, why not?

Auckland + Huey Teocalli can make a lake empire super potent. Throw in Polders and it becomes insane. But yeah, I'd love to see more done with lakes.

Also Lakes need to be included in possible National Parks tiles (and coast with reef as well), just give them a fixed appeal like 4.

Yeah, they should definitely be able to be included in parks. Since they can be worked, I don't know about giving them fixed appeal like mountains, but lake tiles will grant each other adjacent appeal bonuses.
