Hi All
I've just gone through the rigmarole of reinstalling Civ IV Vanilla and Warlords and patching them up on my early 2009 MBP as I was experiencing an issue with backgrounds not appearing on game option menus (probably due to the installation being copied over when I upgraded to a new Mac).
However, whereas before the game displayed correctly (albeit without menu backgrounds) on my secondary display, on the new installation (now with menu backgrounds!) the screen image appears with black space at the top and the display itself is pushed down (losing the bottom quarter or so off the bottom of the screen). The UI still appears to think items are where they should be on the display, so if I want to click on an item I have to point a couple of hundred pixels or so above the item I want to select!
I'm not sure if I'm describing this very well - just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. The game displays fine if I use the primary display on my MBP and changing the resolution on the secondary display makes no difference - the image is still displayed as if it were pushed down. Windowed mode appears to work fine - the issue only affecting me when I move to full screen on the secondary display.
