A faster way to get them furious is to demand a few cities and click the "accept this deal..." a bunch of times. I usually do this before I ask them to leave when I want a war and it works most of the time, even if my military is several times larger.

Yeah, but They've never declared war on me for demanding cities. I usually piss them off by demanding cities then give them a 'remove or declare' demand--then the international community doesn't get pissed at you.

Really, sometimes I don't give a D@mn if I piss off the AI(it's useally when I want war) I useally have enough friends but I need enemies, and I always pay my "allies" and "enemies" for workers, I put theur workers to building the "Great Wall of Germany" once, it bordered Poland(which while the wall was under construction we declared war of Poland and then it borders Russia now)
