Set Start Location in World Builder

Hi all. Quick question: how can I specify where I want to start in world builder? I get that there is the random player button, but is there anyway to determine where I get to start?

first you need to add a civ in the scenario button, then you'll be able to add a start location for that specific civ instead of it only showing random

yes once you add the civ or if you go random once that is done go to edit plot for random or go to cities if you want to add a specific civ city.
