For awhile I wanted to play a Free for All Custom (single player) Game where all players are at a constant war with one another.
However, that is not possible via CIV 4 settings.
I tried the Always at war option but that will only cause all AI players to be at war with the human player but then they can still be at piece with one another.
However, I believe that there is a way to set a Free for All game by opening the world builder and setting the diplomacy (for each AI) to war with all the other players.
I will also have to set the diplomacy setting to permanent war or piece to insure that all players stay at constant stage of war.
There are two things left that I am not sure about.
1) Should I wait until players are in contact with other players and then change the diplomacy to war via the world builder? or should I set the diplomacy to war right from the start of the game before players made contact with one another?
2) What are the Diplomacy sliders in the world builder for? And how should I set them up?
They can be set from -100 to +100.
