Setting UI for a 4k screen

Hey folks,

I just got a new computer and a 4k monitor. I typically like to play Civ in Windowed mode taking up about 2/3 of the screen. So, I set my resolution to 2560x2048, installed the new official Vox Populi edition, and wow! That text is tiny. Anyone have advice on scaling up the UI? I would prefer to not play in full-screen mode if I don't have to. Here are my current settings:

I guess the answer is to just suck it up and play in fullscreen mode?

You could try a virtual machine in a windowed mode, while civ is full screen in the VM, if it isn't too much hustle.

It's so weird. The yield icons are the scaled with the plot size, but everything else is scaled with screen resolution?
