Setting up an infernal game, tips anyone?

I'm going to start a game in which I start off normally and go for infernal pact, switching to Hyborem as soon as possible. Okay, no problem there. The problem is the demon population. I want lots. How do I set up a game where I get about 10 manes every turn from the AI killing off each other? The more the better of course.

Obvious options are taking only evil and neutral civilizations, disabling RoK, Order, Empyrean and FoL. Perhaps I could get religious wars between OO and AV alliances. Aggressive AI might help a lot. How many AIs should I start with? The more the bloodier and border disputes start lots of wars (at least against me). Standard is pretty much the biggest map size that I can play.

Furthermore, with increasing difficulty, the AI would field larger armies later on, yet I'd be reasonably safe when I'm still squishy. Or would they all come for me? I want them to butcher each other.

How do I get the AI to found OO very early? Is there anyone who actually likes it enough? Hannah perhaps?

Should I go for religious victory to wrap it up? Massing population in my AV cities until I hit 80?

Aggressive AI and disabling good/neutral religions pretty much ensures a never ending torrent of evil vs evil carnage. Beyond that just add a bunch of extra civs to the map and go for it.

Edit: somewhere around here someone posted some good ideas for how to do stuff to give Hyboream an advantage. I think the basic idea was to try and prevent your old civ from taking all the ashen veil goodies. So before you research pact be sure to spread any other religion to all your cities, convert to that, inquisit veil out of everything but the holy city, then convert back and finish pact.

I have founded OO in the past and spread it everywhere and then just founded AV and never spread it. Seems to work equally well.
