Settler advice always showing up

When I'm wanting to upgrade any sort of tile, suddenly now for some reason instead of seeing what extra resource I will get from that tile when pressing the minus button, I now get the settler advice tab. New to the game, and can't seem to get it to go back and now when any new tile is avaliable for me to upgrade, or any action is needed, all I get it the settler tile advice. Had anyone had this. I've turned advisor off in the options, and still happening.

You mean the settler lens?
You can back up from settler advice with B, if you are controlling one.
