The "I will try the 100%" GMen is to see if we can generate another GPerson from Delhi after the one that pops in 2 turns by turning on a heck of a lot of specialists.
Impossible: Eng is now in the same turns as Dehli, and next Gman will come from there.
But not in 7 turns, so just run the specialists to take the best from our few turns, forget more Gmen.

If you missed it i carefully studied every aspect of this final, and we can't miss a beat: UN vote will come on turn 264, and we'll win on turn 265.
By then we must have all the wonders built or captured.

It's possible, but without mistakes.

Delay the Diplo vote would mean 5 more turns, far worse than miss a wonder.
Have Pericles' capitulation in less is just a dream.
 
Are you sure the vote won't get cancelled because we have too much population? I'm talking about after we capitulate Rome of course. I never tested whether vassals count against the self-vote rule. I guess if the vote fails, we just continue to conquer Perc as planned and win ASAP.
 
Sure, we'll never arrive @ 66.7% of the population. (we're slightly over 50% now) Good thig have draft a bit and have let Vienne to Charlie.
We have our vassals' vote guaranteed, but this doesn't count.

Vassals won't count against the self-vote rule, only your own vote. So we're safe there.

Berserks... I can't tell if they would help much, but there are two Galleons and a Frigate in Navajo that could be in Florence in two turns. They could get six units (or our GP???) next to Rhodes in one turn (or even to a direct assault) instead of the three turns it would take from that tile you mentioned 2E1N of Florence. If Rhodes turns out to be lightly defended that could end up being a critical speed difference. Just food for thought though... Your plan sounds well considered either way. Good Luck! :ninja:

That's what i meant when i posted "sail to Rhodes".

We can also move one of the loaded galleons from Dehli (after unloaded there) to help with the ferry.

Made all the changes mentioned starving some cities a little and netted > +600 gpt. Then switched to FM, it went down to +66 gpt :p
Had to add 3 more priests to get a GPerson in 2 turns, but the Wall Street still finish in 1 turns, so that's what I did.

Nice results at first glance. I can't speak about too much , as I have just caught up with the last 5 or 6 days of posts. RL has been mugging me for the last week.

Too bad about the GA. We may not need Rhodes unless there is another potential GP on the way. We need to get Rome to capitulate and take Thebes before we get our victory.

Is a Diplo win agreeable with everyone? If the diplo falls through, taking out Greece or getting him to capitulate will trigger a Conquest win for a backup plan.
