I can't be bothered sorting out all those cities, just scroll through to hire some taxmen.
Dunno how to deal with the India - Ottoman war, Would a gift of money to Osman help? I give them 500g just in case, I doubt they would give up Commie in a peace deal.
1555AD - India takes Bergen.
Stupid Osman spends his new fortune and is grumpy again.
1560AD - Send in another dozen of workers into Indian territory...
1565AD - Nothing.
1570AD - The workers are captured.
1575AD - Investigate a few indian towns, all are building military.
Enemies at the gates of Stavanger...
1580AD - ...and they take it. And can you believe it, they raze Vadso!
1585AD - Gandhi replaced the razed Vadso with Madras. Great trade-off.
They've got the cities they need, so I try an elite on an archer on pillaging mission, no leader.
1590AD - Kill a mech near Karasjok.
1595AD - Nothing of interest.
1600AD - Ditto.
I haven't sorted out cities, it feels pretty pointless. And I hope Osman and Gandhi aren't locked in an eternal war now?

yes this is the new job... and also... my wife is due any day now and i have to do lots of house keeping since she is not really up to it and once baby comes out having free time will become a dream for quite a while.
As you see life is quite hectic.
I'll probably have to skip the rest of the game, i just physically couldn't and can't find any time to play.

Congratulations (in advance) dman. I have toyed with lots of boys names in the past, but haven't had the opportunity to use them, having 2 girls and no boys. My choices were all Irish names (Cormac being my favorite at present), but this is down to my own ancestry.
I am on holiday next week, starting tomorrow (snowboarding
, hope I don't break anything, again), so won't be available til I get back. I'm still playing though. It's not exactly a tough game at present, although it does feel a bit frustrating to have shaved every possible turn off research etc to put the Indians into a great position, just to watch them mess it up.
Gozpel, the same excuse goes for Goz10, our field of players has whittled down a bit, but after next week I will take my turn.

Congrats from me as well. I have to agree with Offa, I had a boys name all ready to go (Michael Andrew), but had to change it to a girl (Michelle Anne) when our second child turned out to be another girl. Since my wife only gave me two shots there was no point in keeping it.

The healthy baby boy weights 4kg and 53sm height. The entire family is happy but exhausted.
Both my wife and i only had couple of hours asleep last time before rushing to the hospital.
I am done for today, i am heading to the bed.

First, congrats dman! I remember the feeling of having a newborn. In my case, sometimes I wish my kids were newborns again (we had good babies, not so good 9 and 10 year olds 
).
Re me not playing anymore, I regretted posting that not long after I did, but today is the day girl scout cookies come in and my wife is cookie mom for two troops, which makes me cookie dad. So I will be very busy with that for the next few weeks. I am still watching the thread though, and if the planets align I might jump back in.

Both Indian mech killed.
IBT: Indian tank advance into our lands.

IBT: India and Otto sign a peace treaty. Maybe India will start building something we want now? Mech and Archer!!!

Summary.
Not much to report, India is a still a sleepy giant… Sending one or two units into our territory each turn helps no one. Maybe we need to give up the whole continent for them to stop building military only???
I looked at all Indian cities and bought plans to expose all their assets. They are building Modern Armor in 4 cities, Mech in 6, Destroyer in one and a Transport in their final city.
