Shift-click to select multiple cities?

Hi,

I'm unable to select multiple cities with shift + right-click. Should work according to the hints in civ-pedia. Alt + right-click and Ctrl + right-click work as expected. (I'm using v1.09)

Bug?

Update: If "right-click menu" is enabled in the options screen, then this problem does not occur. Bug??

Anyone knows what this "right-click menu" option exactly does anyway?
