Should we build the Great Library?

We had two polls on this subject.

This poll had two "no" answers. If you add them together, the final tally is 8 against building the GL and 7 for building the GL (moving one vote from no to yes for Rihiter). Then in this poll we had multiple "yes" choices and the final tally was 8 yes and 4 no. Here is a poll with one yes and one no. If yes wins, we can have a seperate poll to decide where to put it.
