Should we turn on the Iroquois

Wow this poll is pretty split even.

Ali, attacking Zulu and France is a no-no right now. The Zulu are on very defensible terrain and France is big. This poll is about the Iroquois because soon most of their army will move up north to destroy the last Roman city, leaving the Iroquois cities open to attack.

And for the ones who are undecided out there, just remember, we need more territory for more resources, because trading isn't always available or the best option.

Of cause we should invade Iros to gain the necessary resources for the eventual invasion of Zulu than france...Zulu have a weak army from my understanding we can defeat them no matter how defensive their land is...and with the conquest of France we will have what we nned for a better prosperity of the nation note. im very peaceful in my own private games always fighting wars to stop other nations conquering neihbours...but its timw to let my warmongering side out

Ali I'm not sure you'll find support for that. Popular support for wars has been diminishing - the war with Rome was well backed, the war with the Iroquois looks like it will just be approved. Possibly we might fight the Babylonians, given our history with them in previous Demogames, but I can't see much more happening than that.

Having said that, your point of view is quite valid and feel free to promote it as far as possible. The FA department certainly considers it a viable (not necessarily preferret though) option, if it were to gain citizen support.

Use our unique unit to their best advantage, building on the gains we have made with our Swordsmen to consolidate our postion on the Southern half of the continent. We then only have to worry about our Northern Frontier and Naval Invasions - something the AI is notoriously bad at. At that point, with a good solid base on which to build our future we can move towards Democracy and the peaceful path. So for me now it's war!

It's kind of a split decision, especially if you count the abstain votes with the no votes. Perhaps an extensive war & occupation plan should be drawn up (as to not mass up like in real life) before we declare war.
