Siege Towers????

When i watched the intro of the civ 4 vanila game i always see a siege tower. Are you able to construct these. Some people have told me that those were castles but they are way too thin to be castles and are practicaly open. Look on the link below for the intro and skip somewhere around 48 seconds to 50 seconds. I havent seen the unit in the game so im wondering if its even in the game and why they put it in the intro.

You should probably view the artillery inthe game as including seige towers, sappers, etc.

ive looked at the civilopedia and the units link on this site but i still cant find it.

When you attack cities, you can see little siege towers trundling along with your units (although that may only occur if the unit has a bonus against cities). They don't add anything to the game, they're just for show. As Breunor said, that kind of equipment is implied, in this case by the vs. city bonus.
