[GRAPHICS] Sim City 2000 Buildings Conversions

I am working on a project which I am using some graphics from Sim City 2000, so I decided to convert some various Sim City 2000 buildings to Civ 3, seeing that I wasn't able to find them on the database.

In addition, there's a big pile of under construction and abandoned buildings, but I don't see much point in converting those. If there's enough demand, I might do so.

Huh, neat!

By coincidence, I was using some of the Forest Arcology graphics in that pack (the tiny little dome graphic), but it wasn't turning out too well mostly because of the scale it would appear in. I'm also modifying some of the other buildings for concept art or actual graphics for the next mod I'm working on (some of the concept art graphics I am not satisfied with) that I might include in here later after the actual SC2K building conversions are done, even if I don't end up using them myself.

Finished the Industrial buildings. I lumped airports, harbor, and the bus station building with it. Also, the Hydroelectric Dam and the Harbor Crane have 2 different Civpedia icons, one with the building sitting in the middle of land, and the other near water.
