Simultaneous Moving

I have once heard that it is possibkle to activate simlutaneous moving.
I just wanted to ask if there are any problems with it and how to activate it. I would search thhe forums but it is disabled

I have found the thing with the civ.ini, but where is it ? i have none! i have searrched my whole hard disk

open civ.ini in c:/windows

add simultaneous=1
save and make it write-protect

so now u can take simultaneous while set up u´re game
