Single Resolution Option

I'm not sure when this started, except that it has only recently become a problem. It is simple, but I know no solutions. When I go to video options, there is only one option for the resolution of the game. This wouldn't bother me much except that it is a pretty crummy resolution and the HUD is partially clipped at the edges so that I cannot see many of the numbers located at the top of the interface.

Anybody know what I can do?
