Sorry if this has been answered before, I had a look around the other posts and some people reported it, but I could not tell if it had been fixed. As other have stated, I am not getting the +25% culture bonus from it, using the latest version of the mod. What's the status on this?

Edit. Also, the +1 culture is not there either.
