Site Access

When i try to log on to http://www.showtimeonline.com/stargate/
it brings up a screen telling me that the page is closed to users outside of America. This really pissed me off cos i loved that site as i am a huge Stargate fan.
Is there anyway i can make the server believe i am from the states to grant me access or is there any other way around the problem?
