Six Core, 64 Bit, GTC 460, Graphics too low?

[Hereditary Rule]

I built a new rig but after installing and patching to civ 4 to bts 3.19 I'm notified upon game startup that my comp's graphics are insufficient. I'm guessing this is either a compatibility issue with the graphics card or the 64 bit OS.

Windows Vista 64 Bit Ultimate
AMD X6 T1055
4GB Ram
Gigabit GTX 460 768mb VRAM (latest drivers)

Anyone have any suggestions?

Fixed it by finding this thread. Was a DX issue.
