Does anyone here like to play multiplayer that way?

I prefer it very much, and it's not remotely as bad or slow as people claim (I think 40% of the turn time is people sleeping on the Next Turn button, and 59% is people with crappy uplinks or too many AIs - I rather boot the idiot with 300ms latency and a DX9 graphics card from the early Renaissance than play a laggy game with slightly quicker turns).

Sadly, I was unable to launch a 4 player game this way; only 2 and 3 humans before someone vehemently insisted to have it turned to "Quick", screaming "OMFG NOOB SETTINGS!!!". Any Europeans interested in playing with animations instead of without?

Also looking for people who don't need to play a game in one sitting, meaning we could play some standard map / standard pace games and save/reload over a couple of evenings. Required DLCs: At least GOTY+G&K, but it'd be best if you had ALL the DLCs available.

Not european here, but I wouldn't mind playing multiplayer. I generally put quick moves & combats but it's not mandatory for me.

I'm one of the numerous players saying that it's too slow. I played(started) 3-4 games with animations and it was much slower overall. I play with quick everything in sp games too. I hate the waiting part

Maybe the last patch solved this problem a bit?

The only issue I have is with the camera still jumping around randomly when an allied CS or a Teammate is involved in fights. This really really really needs to go - the game should NEVER move my camera while I have an unit selected (or otherwise).

Other than that, the game speed is pretty fine. I think most people don't realize you can start multiple fights at once, so the animations play in parallel.
