That's exactly what it is. Amazon just act as 3rd party fulfilment for these orders, you don't buy direct from Amazon. (Notice how the product page says "See All Buying Options" rather than the usual "Add to Cart") There is a lot of sketchy stuff on Amazon 3rd party sellers, it's really not much better than ebay. This is all unlicensed merch.
