So is Pingracle dead?

So I was thinking. Every game since Rise and Fall I built Oracle every game and rush grants. I knew of strategies where you rush Apadana and Great lib. But now with writers being nerfed, is that really worth it any more?

Also the Great Library goes so fast. >>

Is there any sense rushing these 2? Is it a China-only strategy?

It was a strategy frequently posted by Chinese posters called "Salted fish" where they would do some kind of quick writing strategy. And yes, it was mostly a China thing.
