The social policies window will not open. The button is there and even tells me when I have enough points to unlock a new policy, but when I click on the button it makes the noise and nothing happens. It was working earlier in the game and I went back and loaded older auto saves with one 80 turns back working, but none since then. The only mod I'm using is the Community Patch on the steam workshop. I have verified the game files and it says 6 needed to be replaced, but after doing that I revalidate and it says 3 files need to be replaced. It says 3 files no matter how many times I do it. I have uninstalled civ and the mod and reinstalled on a different drive. I also deleted the cache folder and the moduserdata folder. Any ideas on how to fix this or is my save file just screwed? I have attached the save file in question.
