Some Age of Discovery questions.

1) Does the Catholic Monarchy have war weariness?
To me it does,but it is not mentioned in the civilopedia.
2) After several tries,I hate this scenario,I noticed Portugal
doesn't start with a settler.Is this correct?(Maybe I didn't
look good enough.)
3) Should the following city go into disorder?
It has 2 happy faces,2 unhappy faces and 1 resistor.

1) Yes
2) No settler, they have the wonder that gives a colonist every x-turns. Also, they have the Navigation School (small wonder), and they start in a golden age.

3) I think your city became happy on the IBT between the IBT and the turn. It was unhappy for the regular IBT, but it somehow became happy in the time between the IBT and the regular turn.

No clue, actually. Just making stuff up.

3) The city was in civil disorder in the beginning of IBT. Then your musketman moved there from auto move and military police made the city normal. That's my guess.
