Some ideas for wonders and Buildings

I'm no good at graphics but I thought I'd chuck some wonder ideas in for anyone to use...

Wonders

Hubble Space Telescope +50% research, comes with Satellites.

CERN High Energy Laboratory +50% research, comes with Lasers.

Olympic Stadium 4 Happy Faces in city it is built, 4 culture/turn. Comes with Masonry.

Mount Rushmore Doubles commerce in city it is built, 4 culture/turn. Comes with Nationalism (?).

Cure for Common Cold Comes with Medicine, 1 content face made happy per city in empire.

Small Wonders

Top Gun Academy Carriers now hold 5 Aircraft, all aircraft produced in city are Elite. Comes with Rocketry.

Tyburn Gallows Reduces Corruption, Comes with Code of Laws.

On-Line Gaming Comes with miniaturization, can be built once 'the internet' is completed. Produces happy faces.

Buildings

Telephone Exchange Reduces Corruption, 2 Happy faces comes with Radio maybe.

Air Traffic Control Increases Commerce +25%, comes with Computers.

Ammunition Dump reduces shield cost for military units. Dont know if this can be done. Comes with Gunpowder.

National Guard +25 defence, comes with Nationalism.

Leisure Center Produces happy faces, comes with ?

Me thinks that after 239 posts you should know by now that all requests belong in the main creation and customization forum and not in the graphics modpacks forum, even if that is what the request is for. This forum is only for posting completed graphics. Be glad I saved you from Zulu.

I did not no you can make Elite units and make aircraft Carriers hold 5 aircraft.

You haven't heard of them, because neither is possible.

Greyhawk1, don't let Zulu get to you, stick around. Just post questions on the main forum in order for this forum to remain as readable as possible (finished graphic modpacks get lost in the clutter).

Your suggestions sound ok, but there are some other things that are not possible with the editor: elite units in general, 25% increase in tax (only 50% is available), cheaper units and reducing corruption in all cities.

Would suggest that the specific Civ had the olympics. That could be a whole seperate thing where all the qualifying* civs put their hats in the ring to host the games. It would cost a bunch of gold, but you would end up getting loads of cultural upgrades. The coolest thing would be that after all the hats are in the ring, ALL (candidates and non-candidates) CIVs vote (IRC) and then politics could play a hand in the games. Kind of like the sec general UN thing.

*qualifying could mean - you haven't started a war for 20 turns, you have so much culture and a certain amount of already existing colloseums.

I made some graphics for olympic games wonder earlier and my thoughts how to use it were these:

Make first olympics available with philosophy or something to portray the ancient olympics. Then it turns obsolete when education is invented but other olympic games (middle ages) wonder will be available. This one will be obsolete when nationalism is invented and then you or other civ can build olympics number 3 (industrial era) etc. etc. This will portray the way olympics are held in different countries. You can also give increasing benefits so ancient olympics has less benefits than middle ages one etc.

Halidon55 added Olympics wonder should require colosseum and other idea I had when swan introduced his 'ski resort' resource (based on ski infantry graphics from civ2) was that industrial and modern olympics wonders could require 'ski resort' within the city limits. You know, Winter Olympics
