Have no idea how you though that fan made Civ3 leaderheads are supposed to be Civ4 leaderheads.

You are clearly mixing pictures not in CIV4 with real CIV4 screenshots.

In the second-to-last screenshot there is a fort with the flag of Norway. Will they be one of the civs?

Also, I have to say they are not being too consistent with the graphics.
