Ideas for New Civs:

- Barbarian Civ
- Aborigine Civ
- Papal Civilization - Leader would be a Pope
- Imperial Japan
- Nazi Germany
- Soviet Russia
- Fascist Italy
- Soviet America
- Nazi America
- Confederate America
- Mesopotamia
- Cuba
- Iraq
- Terrorist Civilization- somewhat like the barbarian cities you see in game.

- Freedom Fighters
- Soviet Shock Infantry
- Dough Boys

1. Military Features:
- Shock And Awe
- Blitzkrieg
- Carpet Bombing
- Scorched Earth
2. Game Concepts
- Ability to trade and be friendly with barbarian states when found.
- Broader, more diverse options/sections while heading the UN.
- More civ technologies.
- Slowing the game down. I'm already discovering gunpowder in 213 B.C.
- More spy options.
- ability for small boats, etc galley, to move through river terrain.
- enslaving babrarian soldiers when defeated.
- In worldbuilder, No money limit at 5000. Get as much $ as you want.

I'm sure someone out there could make this happen. I know it's alot to ask, but, I think some of this would really add to your experience.
 
If you wait around long enough (like a couple of years) I'm sure all of these (with the possible exceptions of the alternate history American civs) will eventually be made, so sit tight.

In the meantime, I think that you've posted in the wrong place.
