Some tech missing??

Ok, it appears, for some odd reason, when we upgraded to version .30 the tech that requires the order religion as a pre-requisite, has gone missing... is this intentional or a bug??

Also... why can the computer pick the Illians, but I can't??

The Illians should be added for player use in the Ice stage later on, just like the Sidar and Svartalfar were added in this version, Shadow.

The missing tech is intentional; the bonuses that were on that tech have simply moved to other techs.
