Ok, thinking this is a good spot to put this sense it involves creation and customization.
I'm slowly working on a mod, it's goign to be a long running project because of my leaving for basic training in 6 weeks. There's one thing I'm really having problem figuring out though, with conquest, is it possible to give differant civs/culture groups their own tech tree?
The mod is going to be a futuristic earth where there will be one culture group that abwhore technology and stay with a more simplestic life. The problem is that I don't want them to beable to research or trade for 'modern' technologies. Any advice would be great, thanks.
