I recently downloaded the new patch 4 colonization: and now: my converted natives cant learn their trade at the native village:

for example: yesterday, i set up a mission in a village that gives u expert farmers:

a couple of turns later: a converted native comes up: a popup says "your mission at whatever has converted a native" or something along those lines...

and then i look 4 the button: which says "become expert farmer" and i cant find it!!:@

please help

That is one of the changes made by the patch and is included in the list of changes in the changelog:

'Converted natives can no longer be educated in native settlements'

I *did* notice that I could put them in a university and train them to be veteran soldiers  is that right?

The villages will still train colonists, indentured servants and petty criminals (on foot or on horseback), they just won't train converts any more.

but how do u get units like expert tobacco planters etc??

1) send your untrained colonists to native villages to be trained as tobacco planters, miners, etc.
2) send your converted natives to schools, colleges, universities in your own cities to train them into any profession present in the city, including veteran soldiers.
