Sound Problem with intro movie

I have this small problem with the intro movie sound. The audio seems to cut out every few seconds. It plays and stops, plays and stops, but there is little tracking problems with the video.

Any ideas, do sound cards have drivers?

this is a known problem affecting quite a few people, regardless of drivers or soundcard make..

hopefully they'll patch it soon.
