I started an old game I used to play and it has alot of spaceships in it. The game is called "Icewars" and as far as I know it's only available in german.

Their ships have values (cost, accuracy, bonus against specific classes of ships...), which could be converted to C2C values.

A typical entry would look like this:

Slayer
Class: Destroyer
Costs: 2000 Steel, 900 Chemical Elements, 2000 Energy, 35 Population
(->this could be roughly converted in 2*2000+900+0,5*2000 = 5900, a value that's relative to other ships and must be adjusted to C2C.)
Construction Time: 5h (maybe this would also influence C2C costs)
Needs: Small Shipyard
Speed: Solar: 300, Interstellar 3000
Fuel needed: 20
Requires Spaces on Carrier: 2

Attack: 35
Type: Kinetic

Defense: 100
Armor (Kinetic): 75
Armor (Electric): 75
Armor (Gravimetric): 75
Shilds: 0

Agility (literally, more like Evasion): 75
Accuracy: 75

Str against classes: (only for example, will only list C2C values from now)
Probes: 100%
Civil Ships: 100%
Fighter: 100%
Bomber: 100%
Corvette: 200%
Destroyer: 100%
Cruiser: 100%
Battleship: 75%
Dreadnoughts: 50%
Planetary Defense: 110%
Orbital Defense: 110%

If you want me to do so, I can make a google doc with all ships and Defenses.

They also have Shipyards and orbital Shipyards. The latter are more expensive, but ships are cheaper and built faster there.
 
You can post ideas, but don't expect them all to be used (if at all). There are lots of Civ4 space mods out there and other space games too. Not to mention our own C2C scale of stuff. Its one reason I have been putting off spaceships is because there are so many ways we could do them and I wanted to have the combat mod filled in a bit more.
