Yesterday in my game in which I headed to China, Babylon made a spaceship that would arrive in 1935 and mine would arrive in 1944. The point is that in 1935 when his ship arrived in the statement of the spaceship video, China appeared instead of Babylon. There were 9 shifts left for mine to arrive. Has it happened to someone?

So you were playing as China, the Babylonians spaceship arrived 9 years before yours, however the video stated China had made it to Alpha Centauri instead of Babylonians?
If so that's strange. I've not heard of that. Have you got a save game right before it happens you could share?
